[Update O/S]
I built the other 2 PCs, and then I switched this PC from primary Windows XP PC to secondary Windows XP-J PC.
Just O/S change from English to Japanese and BIOS version F4 to F6, the others are identical. So I can learn which has better performance between XP and XP-J.
In fact, XP has slightly more powerful than XP-J. I guess the rootcause is FEP and/or application itself. Anyway, I decided to have XP english version for Performance PC.
